Ella has a PhD in Information Systems and Work and Organisational Studies from the University of Sydney Business School in Australia and also holds degrees in Teaching, Media and Communications, and Cultural Studies from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Her research looks at how technologies are used to facilitate new ways of working.
